Nutrient Change Outs:

Nutrient change outs play a vital role in the success of having a beautiful, healthy crop and harvest. Every (7)seven days we want to change out the nutrient reservoir and replace the reservoir with fresh new nutrients. We want to remove as much old nutrient solution as possible. The best way to approach this weekly task is to use a fountain pump that intakes water from the bottom of the pump, NOT from the side. Certain model fountain pumps can be placed on their side to do this task. After the nutrient reservoir has been fully drained out, we refill the reservoir with clean reverse osmosis water and fresh new nutrients. In most weekly nutrient changes, we will be increasing the dosage of nutrients to compensate for the new growth we have developed in the previous (7)seven days. It’s a good practice to have a calendar for notating this info. If this practice is exercised every (7)seven days, the results from growth to harvest will achieve a fantastic harvest for you. Your plants will thank you with “BIG” beautiful buds when practicing this task.
